Stress will compound if you take sleep for granted: - Gain Weight - Brain fog in morning - mid afternoon energy crash Do this to optimize sleep: - No coffee 10 hours before bed - Eat last meal before 5pm and intermittent fast - no screens and blue light 2 hours before bed. Mastering sleep is where gains are made.

I started eating meals without any distractions. No phone, no videos, just the food. Digestion improved, I eat slower, and I actually enjoy the meal again.
