I did not want to run this morning. I was tired. Cozy. Wanted to stay in bed a bit longer. Got it done anyway. I feel better I did. Just 30 minutes on the treadmill, but it’s much better than no minutes. Let’s see what today & this week has in store. Possibly dry & bright. 😀
