President Trump's "48 hour deadline" has just been extended to 82 hours for Iran: President Trump has now stated to multiple news outlets that he will "blow everything up" in Iran if they do not make a deal by Tuesday. However, the "48-hour deadline" for a deal, which he set on Saturday, expires on Monday at 10:05 AM ET. Now, Trump has made a post that states "Tuesday, 8:00 P.M. Eastern Time!" It appears that President Trump has shifted his deadline for US strikes on Iranian power plants for the 4th time.

Charles Schwab is preparing to launch “Schwab Crypto” accounts that will enable direct spot trading of regulated digital assets straight from the Thinkorswim app. This represents a major step in integrating cryptocurrencies into traditional brokerage services, given Schwab’s massive scale it manages nearly $12 trillion in client assets and serves around 37–46 million client accounts. Current Status and Timeline As of April 3, 2026, Schwab has confirmed it remains on track for a launch in the first half of 2026 (likely Q2 or earlier in H1) The product is offered through Charles Schwab Premier Bank, SSB (not the standard brokerage account initially), and clients will need an existing Schwab brokerage account to apply.

Why did $opendoor bag holders stop updating you on their position? They will encourage you to buy but refuse to show they are down 50% and have no more money left to buy the dip. We warned beginners of the risk bag holding meme stocks for this very reason. They always fail. Always. I’m just glad some beginners listened and cut losses.

So ladies, embrace the man who meets you with open arms and laughter his humor often reveals a heart that is both loyal and genuinely caring.

I wanted so much for President Trump to put America First. That’s what I believed he would do. All I heard from his speech tonight was WAR WAR WAR. Nothing to lower the cost of living for Americans. Nothing to reduce our near $40 trillion in debt. Nothing to save Social Security, which goes bankrupt in just a few years. Nothing to lower the cost of insurance. Nothing to address jobs for Americans. Nothing about education for our children. Nothing about our children’s future. Nothing for America’s future. I’m so beyond done. I pray for our military and their families. I pray for innocent people all over the world. I pray for peace and prosperity for all.

In the 1990s we experienced: Peak Michael Jordan. The rise of Tiger Woods. Gas at 99 cents a gallon. The golden age of Hip-Hop. The rise of The Rock & Steve Austin. The rise of Venus and Serena Williams. A streak of classic Disney animated films. Sitcoms: Seinfeld, Friends, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Star Trek: "The Next Generation" and "Deep Space 9" Peak SNES, and the arrival of Sony's first PlayStation. Marvel Comics sold hundreds of thousands of books a month. DC Comics' "The Death of Superman" became national news. Rise of young comics including Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock. Elite work from established Hollywood stars, breakouts of new stars and filmmakers, classic blockbuster films (and late night TV hosts who promoted the business instead of lecturing audiences). Nostalgia for the 1990s is strong because excellence across multiple arenas in pop culture was obvious and undeniable, and this excellence enhanced our quality of life. Fame had to be earned, we could enjoy things together, and algorithms had yet to atomize and divide us. It was an amazing time to be alive.

Finally had a chance to do more research on Opendoor $OPEN acquiring Doma and impact on Opendoor’s business. Normally when you refinance your mortgage, you have to pay for title insurance — it’s one of those annoying closing costs that adds up. Doma built AI that can quickly assess whether a refinance is low-risk enough to skip that requirement entirely. Fannie Mae liked it, ran a pilot starting in 2024, and about 80% of eligible loans qualified. The program saves homeowners roughly $1,100 per refinance. The Fannie Mae pilot was just extended through 2027, meaning it has government-backed runway. Doma’s problem was it couldn’t handle the volume of demand — so it needed a bigger partner to scale. That’s where Opendoor comes in. In short: Doma has the AI that cuts a major closing cost. Fannie Mae blessed it. Opendoor has the infrastructure to bring it to millions more homeowners.
