I just built a Claude Code SEO agent that replaces your $200/mo. Ahrefs subscription 🤯 One prompt → keyword gaps found, competitors analyzed, content written in your brand voice, rankings tracked weekly. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who know SEO matters but never have the bandwidth to actually do it consistently. If your SEO workflow looks like this — log into Ahrefs once a month, export a CSV, skim it for 5 minutes, close the tab, tell yourself you'll write that blog post next week, never do... This agent runs the entire loop for you: → Connects to Google Search Console and pulls your real ranking data → Finds your "gap zone" — keywords sitting at positions 5-20, one article away from page 1 → Uses Apify to scrape who's outranking you and breaks down exactly why they're winning → Interviews you once about your brand, customers, and positioning — then never asks again → Writes content in your voice — not generic AI slop that tanks after 90 days → Tracks rankings weekly and feeds what's working back into the next cycle → Optimizes your product listings for AI shopping — so you show up when someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation, not just Google No $200/month tools you open once and forget. No freelancers writing content that sounds like everyone else. No manually checking rankings and forgetting to act on it. What you get: - Keyword cards with a specific action recommendation for each gap zone opportunity - A competitive breakdown — who's beating you and the exact fix for each keyword - A weekly content plan generated from your real GSC data - A brand voice profile Claude uses for every article it writes - Product listing optimization for AI shopping (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) — the new SEO nobody's doing yet Built 100% in Claude Code with Google Search Console. I put together a full playbook with the skill files, brand interview, and the exact weekly workflow. The agency owners who figure out Hermes in the next 90 days are going to look like geniuses in 2027. The problem is most agency owners don't have time to figure out the install, where to start, or what to actually hand it first. So my team built an 83-page playbook that does it for you. Inside: — The 5 daily prompts that turn it into a second brain — Plain English setup for Mac, Linux, and Android — How to lock it down without torching client data — 8 copy-paste workflows across reporting, outreach, sales, and ops — The cron trick that drops token spend by 90% Your competitors are sleeping on this. Comment HERMES and I'll send it.
GREG ISENBERG@gregisenberg

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

Claude Code + ChatGPT Images 2.0 is f*cking cracked 🤯 I rebuilt my static ad system inside Claude Code on the new ChatGPT Images 2.0 model. One brand name + one URL = 40 production-ready static ads. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need high-volume ad creative without briefing a designer or spending hours in Canva. If you're finding winning ad concepts on Meta and manually recreating them one at a time — copying prompts, pasting product details, tweaking aspect ratios, downloading, organizing... This system eliminates the entire loop: → Give Claude a brand name and URL → It researches the brand's fonts, colors, packaging, and photography style → Builds a Brand DNA document from scratch → Fills in 40 proven ad templates (headline, us vs them, testimonial, UGC, review cards, stat callouts) with brand-specific details → Fires every prompt to ChatGPT Images 2.0 with your product photos as reference → Downloads finished ads into organized folders with an HTML gallery No manual prompt filling. No Canva templates. No copy-pasting between tools. What you get: → 40 ad formats filled with your exact brand colors, fonts, and copy → Text that actually renders correctly (the new model handles dense copy, logos, and multi-language callouts cleanly) → Product photos passed as reference so the model matches your real packaging → A reusable system — new brand, new folder, same pipeline Built 100% in Claude Code with ChatGPT Images 2.0. I put together a DIY playbook showing the exact architecture so you can build this yourself in Claude Code. I fully reverse-engineered Ramp's internal AI operating system. Their system — called Glass — is how they got 99% of their entire company using AI every single day. 350+ reusable workflows. Every tool connected at first login. Memory that refreshes every 24 hours. Automations running while everyone sleeps. I partnered with my engineering team and we broke down every component inside it. Then we rebuilt the whole thing for marketing agencies. 76 pages. Every system. Every layer. Every step. Steal it. Comment "OS" and I'll send it directly. Must be a following to receive auto DM
Eric Glyman@eglyman

99% of Ramp uses ai daily. but we noticed most people were stuck — not because the models weren't good enough, but because the setup was too painful and unintuitive for most. terminal configs, mcp servers, everyone figuring it out alone. so we built Glass. every employee gets a fully configured ai workspace on day one — integrations connected via sso, a marketplace of 350+ reusable skills built by colleagues, persistent memory, scheduled automations. when one person on a team figures out a better workflow, everyone on that team gets it and gets more productive. the companies that make every employee effective with ai will compound advantages their competitors can't match. most are waiting for vendors to solve this. we decided to own it.

I just built a Claude prompt library that runs your entire DTC marketing operation 🤯 100+ prompts organized by function: competitor research, creative briefs, ad copy, hooks, landing pages, performance analysis, customer review mining, and more. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still prompting Claude from scratch every time they open a new chat, rewriting the same context, and getting generic output that sounds like every other AI-generated ad. This prompt library eliminates the entire loop: → Competitor Research: scrape and analyze competitor ads, extract winning hooks, map creative strategies, build competitive battlecards → Creative Briefs: generate data-backed briefs from ad performance, write iteration briefs, new concept briefs, test plans → Ad Copy & Hooks: 20 hooks across 10 frameworks, full ad copy variations, persona-specific angles, fatigue-busting rewrites → Landing Pages: audit any landing page against DR best practices, clone high-converting advertorial structures, write product page copy → Performance Analysis: audit Google Ads accounts, find wasted spend, build visual dashboards, weekly narrative reports → Customer Intelligence: mine reviews for ad copy language, extract objections, find unexpected use cases, build persona cards from real data → SEO & Content: find keyword gaps, write content in your brand voice, optimize product listings for AI shopping (ChatGPT, Gemini) → Email & SMS: launch sequences, weekly newsletters, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase nurture No more blank-page prompting. No more re-explaining your brand every session. No more generic AI output that sounds like a template. What you get: →100+ copy-paste prompts organized by the 8 functions DTC teams actually run →Every prompt pre-loaded with the context structure Claude needs to give you real output →Prompts that reference your brand voice, your ICPs, and your real data — not generic placeholders →A living library you can customize once and reuse across every campaign I put together the full prompt library as a single downloadable playbook: organized by section, ready to copy-paste into Claude today. Giving away a full Claude Project setup that builds advanced n8n workflows from a single prompt. This completely changed how we build automations at our $7M ARR agency. You write a basic prompt describing your workflow. Claude (Sonnet 4.5) reads it, breaks it down, and outputs an n8n JSON file you can import directly. It handles field mappings, data flow between nodes, trigger configurations, conditional branches, sticky notes for documentation, and error handling. What's included: → Full Claude Project setup you can copy-paste and run immediately → 70+ n8n documentation pages extracted from the official GitHub repo, so Claude knows the syntax and node references → Templates and frameworks for use cases like lead routing and social listening → Real prompts vs. the workflows Claude actually built, so you can see what worked and what didn't → SOPs to update the documentation every time n8n ships a new feature "How to build n8n workflows?" has always been harder than "what n8n workflow should I build?" This flips it. Spend your time thinking about which automation moves the needle. Let Claude handle the build. Reply "PROMPT" and I'll DM the full setup guide. Must be following.

I asked Claude: I have $500. Where do I put it to make the most money possible? Expected the usual. Stocks. ETFs. Maybe real estate. Instead Claude said: Go to GitHub. Search polymarket-1-cent-bot. Find the repo with the most stars. Deploy it with your $500. Most positions will expire at zero. The ones that hit pay 80x. Someone is already running this at scale. Search distinct-baguette. I searched GitHub first. Found a 340 star repo. Last commit 3 days ago. 47 lines of Python. README had one line: buys chaos at 1 cent, sells certainty at $1. Then I searched the wallet. distinct-baguette. $805,888 profit. 45,739 trades. Joined October 2025. Bio: Hi Isola. polymarket.com/profile/%40dis… I asked Claude: how does the math work? $500 across 50 positions at 1 cent each. 47 expire worthless. You lose $470. Three hit. Each pays $100. You walk away with $300 net profit. If four hit you double. Five and you're distinct-baguette. I put in $200. Copied the repo. Went to sleep. One hit. $200 → $1,340. I asked Claude: why didn't you just say buy an index fund? You asked for the most money possible. Not the most comfortable answer. GitHub repo still public. Wallet still running. Bio still says Hi Isola.

Unfortunately we are losing not only consciousness quantity, but also consciousness quality. Everyone gets TikTok brain from doomscrolling and becoming dumper while relying more and more on AI for their daily decision making. Trajectory not looking good, need to pivot asap.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

Elon: I worry about population decline. This is a big, big problem. If the trend continues, we disappear. We want to expand consciousness. Fewer humans, less consciousness. @elonmusk

Claude can now run your entire content operation from end to finish. These are the 5 top agents for GTM and social media teams: I used to spend HOURS trying to figure out content. What to write. Who to target. Which topics are gaining traction. How to turn a post into a lead magnet. Whether anything was actually working. Now? I run everything through a squad of Claude agents that do the heavy lifting for me. Here's my team: → 1. LEAD MAGNET ENGINEER Connects to your Notion workspace and reads your ICP docs, brand guidelines, and tool database. Finds the exact gaps your audience needs filled. Outputs: • Complete Notion-formatted playbook • Toggle sections with setup steps • Tool recommendations from YOUR stack • Copy-paste templates ready to publish → 2. SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT Takes your top 50+ posts and engagement data as input and builds a hook framework. Scores each angle by: • Scroll-stopping power in 150 characters • Specificity of tools and outcomes • CTA response likelihood • Contrarian or pattern-interrupt potential • ICP fit for GTM professionals • Tone match against your brand voice Then ranks them - so you know which angle wins before you post. → 3. CREATIVE DIRECTOR Searches your past visual assets and brand guidelines showing what converts. Looks at: • LinkedIn preview image performance • Lead magnet cover formats • Workflow diagram structures • Before/After comparisons • Tool stack visualizations • Competitor visual benchmarks Even gives you a complete Midjourney prompt and designer brief ready to execute. (yes, you get a literal production-ready brief for every asset) → 4. RESEARCH ANALYST Monitors trending GTM topics and surfaces rising opportunities before they peak. → 5. PERFORMANCE TRACKER Takes all your post data and builds a 7-day forward calendar: • Which hook types outperform 2.3x baseline? • When to space lead magnet posts? • Which topics to double down on vs kill? • Optimal Tue-Thu 8-10am ET rhythm? Result: ✅ Lead magnets created directly in Notion - zero copy/paste ✅ Posts written to a 500+ reaction standard ✅ Visual briefs ready for designers or AI tools ✅ Content gaps identified before the feed saturates ✅ Calendar optimized weekly based on real engagement data If you're running content to attract new prospects, this is the cleanest system to operationalize it. Reply AGENTS and I'll send you the full 2026 Social Media Agents setup guide - including all 5 Claude project instructions you can copy straight in.
