@dylan_bridger Great post. I believe you're right about giving more client updates and reports than you feel comfortable doing. They don't know what they don't know unless we provide the information. Otherwise, it will be based on perception and not reality.

I was locked out of X for the last couple of days. Ugh!!!! And I'm paying for the blue check...what gives? Good luck trying to reach someone. I believe I got back in because I threatened to cancel. It just shows, once again, why you should have an email list and not rely on social media.

Made it to Africa. Someone got hit by a train so I almost missed making it to London. Then I found out at check in I needed a visa to get into Kenya. Had to deal with a medical emergency on the plane (I was praying there was a real doctor but apparently an ex-dentist will do). Riots at the airport in Nairobi so all internal flights were cancelled. What an exciting start. But well worth it. Such a beautiful country.
