@BenTheBaneDavis He's such a racist POS. Threatening and calling a black law officer the N Word. Fucking disgusting RACIST.

Video of Dustin Poirier's arrest has been released.

🚨 Dustin Poirier was arrested last night in Georgia for allegedly being drunk in public, per @TMZ “Poirier, 37, was booked for ‘Public Drunk’, a misdemeanor, at 6:38 PM... before being released several hours later, a quarter after 10 PM. It's unclear what led up to Dustin's arrest. Public drunkenness can carry up to one year in jail and/or a fine, if convicted.”

Reasonable? Okay, let's talk about reasonable? Was it reasonable for UVU to have torn up the grass and replaced it with pavers after the crime scene was released back to them? Answer: Yes. Reasons: - Blood is a biohazard and must be handled and disposed of properly. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of biohazard saftety equipement which prevents the spreading of any bloodborne pathogens, the use of surfacants or absorbants to clean it up, and proper biohazard waste containers to dispose of it. - Among the type of surfacants and absorbant material used to clean up biohazardous spills is a solution of hydrogen peroxide or Quaternary Ammonium Compounds for hard surfaces. A solution of bleach and water would also suffice, but these surfacants must then be absorbed and disposed up. - Grass isn't a hard surface, it is an absorbant material. The use of surfacants to clean up the blood is counterproductive, since it would also soak into the substrait of the lawn. Therefore, it would be perfectly appropriate to cut out the grass, dig down a bit, and dispose of all in proper biohazardous waste containers. Any blood on hard surfaces - like concrete - could be treated with surfacants and absorbant material. The time between when the crime scene was released back to the university and the site was paved over was about 4 days. The time between when the contractor for the work was contacted (the 14th) and the work was complete was 3 days (the 17th). The site was cleaned and excavated sometime between the 13th and 14th. There is absolutely nothing unusual about this scenario, nor is any of it unreasonable. The test of reasonability would be doing the opposite - leaving a large patch of contaiminated bloody grass open and visible for a week or more while crowds of students stand around and gawk at it. Does that seem reasonable for a university to do, or would they want it properly cleaned up and disposed of?

Tyler Robinson’s Interrogation: The Baron Coleman Con @baroncoleman is desperately pushing the claim that Tyler Robinson’s recorded interrogation happened on September 11 at 6:25pm MT. This is a lie and he knows it. He needs you to believe it so you’ll buy the larger narrative that the Discord confession (posted 7:57pm MT that evening) was fabricated by “the Feds.” Here’s the proof it’s a lie: • Sheriff Brooksby’s own press conference: His former detective contacted him around 8pm to negotiate surrender. Tyler and his family didn’t even arrive until ~9pm on the 11th. • Official arrest timestamp: Both prosecution and defense reference Tyler’s arrest as September 12 at 0400 hrs. *See attached • Deputy Attorney Courtney Sinagra’s direct statement: “The evening of the arrest was actually Sep 12.” *See attached • Standard law enforcement practice: Suspects are routinely re-Mirandized at the start of a recorded interrogation, even with prior warnings. Baron, as a lawyer, knows this. He’s exploring the public not knowing it. • No evidence of lost phone control: There is zero documentation showing Tyler lacked access to his phone at 7:57pm MT on the 11th. All available evidence points the other way. Baron is manufacturing narrative because it keeps his grift alive. This is a con to convince people of a multi-agency conspiracy that keeps the grifter money flowing in. Baron expertly exploits information gaps and public ignorance of legal proceedings to deceive people for views and Super Chats. Notice that the defense isn’t making these claims. Baron Coleman is a liar who uses his experience as a lawyer and his awareness of the average person’s ignorance to con you out of views and money. He’s the perfect example of why lawyers have such bad reputations. He’s a bullshit artist, and your ignorance is his medium.

Tucker Carlson to @tedcruz last June: "I'm not obsessed with 'the Jews.' This is about Israel, not 'the Jews.'" Tucker Carlson's show today: "What Jews want is political clout from Christians in America to continue this violent Ponzi scheme they have going in the Middle East." In Tucker's latest episode alone, "Jew" was mentioned more than 100 times. Tucker Carlson must be the only person alive who thinks he's not obsessed with the Jews.
