Starting off Monday with 2 new clients booked. • Client 1: Biweekly cleans w/ initial deep clean • Client 2: Monthly cleans w/ reduced scope This bumps our MRR by $660 to $5,800/mo (from recurring cleans only). Let's keep the momentum going.

I'm convinced that anyone can start a cleaning business, 100% remote. I generated $100k during my first 6 months (in a state I don't live in). Want to learn how? - Like this post - Comment "Clean" And I'll send you my free course. (Must follow, 24 hours only).

My life has gone through a major shift these last 6 months. It’s pretty insane actually. July 4, 2023 my wife and I decided to work on our marriage after being separated for almost 3 years. A few days prior, was the first day of operations for my cleaning company and started with 2 cleaners. Early 2023 I shut down my 3PL and had to figure out my next move. I needed to make it quick because money was super tight. I hopped on X and the algorithm started showing me @pjmcgeary @ianncushing @LiamKircher @NeelBParekh posts about remote home cleaning. I took notes, a lot of them. I already had 11 years of entrepreneurship under my belt, and my mother used to clean houses for a living so I put it all together. Soon after I began to see @etienneduchain1 posts about commercial cleaning. Aug 2023 I get a call about a school needing janitorial services for 60 hrs a week. I get on a call with @etienneduchain1 to learn how to build out that proposal. After a month of back and forth with the client, I locked in my first $78k ARR contract and have 2 janitors working those shifts. This opened my eyes to a completely different side of this biz. September 2023 I reconnected with a buddy of mine who is now a custom home builder with 60 homes under construction in our area. We now do all the rough & final cleans for their builds. Since then, we’ve been curating relationships with larger builders, which has opened the door to be invited to submit bids for construction cleans. January 2024, we have 20 cleaners…..and in this same week, two bids accepted for total of $223k. This month will be our biggest month yet. And that goes for every month that follows. Believe in yourself, get after it and know that with God at the center of your life….you’ve already won.

Todays todos: • Supervise 2 new cleans • Take 3 sales calls • Implement new cleaning system We hit a new high of 9 cleans for the week. Just a month ago we had weeks with zero cleans. No clever gimmicks or hacks. Just get the basics right every day.

It's been a busy couple weeks for the cleaning business. My current focus areas: • Slowly removing myself from the cleans • Balancing between sales & operations • Hiring experienced cleaners • Celebrating small wins Still very early in this journey, but the path is clear.

@txclearbiz I've always wanted to leave the corporate world and it was just right timing. I needed a 'burn the ships' moment to force myself to see this through.

What I love about the home cleaning business: 1. Easy to grasp and execute 2. High retention & very low churn 3. Don't need much to differentiate 4. Extremely predictable business model 5. Few uncontrollable variables to stress about All I need to do is show up.

Take as much action as possible, cast a wide net, and don't stop until you get that first "yes". The faster you can prove your fit in the market, the faster you can compound your experience & knowledge to the next level.

In any business, acquiring your first customer asap should be your top priority. Here's how I landed my first client in 2 weeks of launching my home cleaning business: • Handed out flyers • Cold called realtors • Bought leads on bark • Posted on local facebook groups
