According to CR, Costco is -18% than Walmart in DFW. Therefore, Sam's is 1.54% cheaper than Costco relative to Walmart. If you read into their methodology, you will find that either they don't standardize per unit cost or that they've done a poor job at explaining their method.

If you notice the chart in that tweet is conveniently missing Sam's. So I decided to price a basket at Sam's and Walmart in DFW and found that Sam's is 19.54% cheaper than Walmart (the Baseline). That is 1.54% cheaper than Costco. CR is Costco-propaganda with trash methodology.
