There seems to be a little bit of a misunderstanding. All toxicity and griefing bans are issued exclusively by the trust & safety team, who are part of the wider integrity team. I've neither banned nor unbanned anyone this entire year for those offences; I just flag cases to them that I believe are a mistake. I work in the marketing team; I have nothing to do with banning. Speaking of the player you're mentioning, they seem to have been mistakenly banned for ghosting and later unbanned. They had been complaining about positions, rather than ghosting. This was done via a ticket on Friday with the t&s team. I'm not in the country at the moment and am only aware of this case because of my notifications. Please make sure you report this user with evidence, as they prioritise those reports first, or submit a ticket still if you have an active sub, and they will be dealt with the same as anyone else would be. Alternatively, you can reach out to @TheAmirArshad as the team sits in his department if you wish to discuss your concerns about how an individual case was handled.

🚨Changement chez *aAa*🚨 Nous avons pris la décision de mettre @Adammmmcs sur le banc. Il faisait partie du projet depuis ses débuts. Il avait été sélectionné pour son autonomie, sa bonne éthique de travail et sa volonté constante de progresser, notamment à travers de nombreuses reviews personnelles auprès du staff. L’objectif était aussi qu’il apporte maturité et cadre à un groupe plus jeune, aux côtés de Saax. Malheureusement, malgré son investissement, ce rôle n’a pas pu être pleinement tenu. Des irrégularités dans l’utilisation du stuff, un niveau individuel irrégulier et une perte de confiance ont impacté son apport global et l’équilibre collectif. L’équipe évoluera désormais avec @Tarkky_B , 20 ans, ex-Genone et Mousquetaires. L’objectif est d’apporter davantage de skill et d'expérience evidemment mais avant tout une cohesion au groupe en essayant de connecter les qualités et défauts de chacun au service du collectif.
