Running an X account is now a more important job than running media relations.
I don’t think companies have realized this. Many still treat social media manager as a junior role, underpay for it, and settle for someone too juvenile or too boomer (in vibes, not age).
Double the pay and recruit someone who seems overqualified. The ROI is huge.
