If the card expired years ago, there should definitely be another way to verify and process the cancellation. I genuinely hope this gets properly reviewed and sorted out for you.

Hey @DocuSign — explain this: • Haven't used your service in 4 years • You charge me yearly anyway • I asked support to cancel + refund yesterday's charge • Gave them: old email, full name, exact USD amount, exact date • They demand last 4 digits of a card that EXPIRED 4 years ago and was replaced by my bank (Raiffeisen) • Offered bank statement as proof — DENIED So because I don't have a dead card, you keep charging me forever? Is this how DocuSign works?

@Docusign is objectively terrible software. You can't even edit your document in the interface to adjust things as simple as spacing. And don't get fooled by the MS word add-on which is completely defunct, but you won't find out until you try to upload your template. What in the hell do the 7k employees do? This trash is worth $9B?

@Docusign is THE WORST!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I bought extra envelopes, spent $500 for the year, and haven't been able to access my account for 2 weeks!! I've talked to 6 different technical support representatives, bots, their supprt center, adn still can't log in./ Their system is so stupid: I go to login, enter my username and password, then it says I need ot reset my passwrod and htat they sent me a link. The link never comes. They say I need to whitelist their email addresses, which I've done on Outlook and at Hostgator, and still I can't login. I am pursuing national media outlets to take this story to a broader audience as I can't be the only one experiencing this problem. In addition I am filing a complaint with the BBB and shopping for a lawyer to sue for damages and breach of contract.
