This man should be in jail. He is a danger! Ladies, first and second rule - Go and read your books and avoid visiting lecturers in their offices by yourselves so you don't even give chance for any one to one interactions to say you are checking results. That is where it starts and it becomes very hard to avoid and navigate. That is what these lecturers want. To make you vulnerable so they can take advantage.

Anthony Cardinal Olubunmi Okogie was born #OnThisDay in 1936. He became a priest at 30 in 1966. 5 yrs later, he was made a Bishop & he became Catholic Archbishop of Lagos 7 yrs after ordination at 37. In 2003, he was elevated to the Cardinalate. In his prime, Cardinal Okogie was the most formidable voice for dignity, justice, accountable government, & against military rule. Today, he turns 90. He can look back at his priestly & episcopal service with pride & gratitude.🎂🙏🎂

I have photos that are not looking good. If there was nothing else Ohakim and Udenwa achieved in their times, it's cleanliness and hygiene. Owerri was a city you could pick up your food from the floor. But this APC people and dotty ehn! From Lagos to Imo and Enugu has joined them now.

Gone are the days when women are told to endure domestic violence. These market women in Orie Akọkwa, Imo state intervened for their fellow woman (pregnant) whom her husband chased out with her kids and went after another woman put to bed. This is what women should be doing.

Life so private, nobody knows I'm a published researcher, first author on a peer-reviewed paper, got my undergraduate project work cited in a PhD thesis and dropped in the International Journal of African Research Sustainability Studies in 2024.

I have a BSc in Biochemistry, a Master’s degree in Public Health, 1 published article, and I worked as a Monitoring and Evaluations Officer. Public health, research, and all the hard work behind the scenes, keep pushing! Your degrees, publications, and past wins still matter and open doors. Let’s celebrate every step. 💪

Women are learning, leading, and winning. Love to see it. We must never return to a society that denies women access to education and participation in development. Never.
