All I’m going to say about it is please nail the core aspects of what makes Halo well.. Halo before going and jumping after the latest fad in gaming.
This means a full multiplayer suite of arena, BTB and free for all modes. Robust social features, menus and customization that isn’t locked to a core system.
The biggest fear I personally have is that by the time this project is even finished the extraction genre will be 2-3 years over by then.

The amount of pointless Halo I’ve seen people play these past years when they could just be efficient on the objective... You're not "good" for dropping a big kill game and losing. Being good in ranked is winning efficiently, not getting a bunch of irrelevant kills and damage. 🤣

one guy posted "wonderful game, 10/10 for me" with his trophy screenshot.. removed by r/playstation mods within an hour.

the weakest link wasn't the game.. it was the people running the community
