@seanhannity @FoxNews unless #Arizona has laws different from most other states, “(Police) Detention” means you are NOT free to leave; not under arrest; but you are subject to inquiry by a PD investigation. Subject of detention now has certain Constitutional rights including 5th Amendment protection if they choose. Then they’ll prob lawyer up. Then PD will determine whether enough existing evidence provides “probable cause” to make an arrest.
