I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Zara India. I returned a product on 21 Jan 2026 at the Phoenix store (delivered on 4 Jan 2026). The store staff informed me that the refund could not be processed in cash and offered a bank transfer link instead @ZARA_Care

To make matters worse, a rep named Kushal behaved unprofessionally & even threatened to disconnect the call if I did not comply, refusing to document my complaint.This is unacceptable. Zara has taken my product and my money, and has failed to provide any resolution @ZARA_Care

The music has gotten louder by the second in worli BDD chawl area, all day it was loudspeaker announcements and now it’s party music nowhere closely related to ganpati. No police help ones are available. Please make it stop @MumbaiPolice

4th day straight this nuisance at BDD Chawl, Worli. How is this allowed under the watch of @MumbaiPolice it’s on till 3-4am only to restart at 7:30am. Zero concern for elderly, pets and other’s sleep/peace. Take strictest action @mybmc @MumbaiPolice
