Four firefighters witness it, sprint after him, chase him down the block, rip him off the bike, and pin him to the ground until NYPD arrives.

If this is true it's a very interesting move to call Trump's bluff. Iran is trying to make the cost of his decision so morally high that it becomes a line that if he crosses there's no coming back from. i.e. "Are you prepared to directly kill all the youth?" It's diabolical.

@AutismCapital Small precision bombs, or even non explosive weights, at crucial points, generators, boilers, transformers, could disable the plants while leaving the buildings still standing. A chain of people around the building or in the parking lot would be unlikely to be harmed.

Threatening to target power plants and other non-military targets is not strength. If those words become orders to destroy civilian infrastructure with no valid military purpose, it’s hard to see how they would not violate the laws of armed conflict. America leads best with strength, discipline, and professionalism. Illegal orders to make civilians suffer would be a black mark on our military and our country.
