Analysts in the text state four possible scenarios.
- In the first, the rhetoric grows, but the weapons - like the German Taurus missiles - do not reach the field.
- In the second, the Taurus does come, but it is used only in the territories that Russia has already incorporated.
- In the third, there is an attack on logistics targets deep in Russia, and Moscow decides not to escalate.
- The fourth scenario is the most direct - the attacks come, and Moscow responds with full force.
In a parallel course of events, the visit of Ukrainian leader Zelensky to Germany was announced, where he will meet with Chancellor Merz. Theme? Nothing less than sanctions against Russia, the development of the Ukrainian military industry, but also - at least formally - peace negotiations.
