@DanMiressiCT As a legal foreign born, I have been in CT since 1999, hustling and working hard. I see so many of my colleagues who are American born look at what I do and refuse to do it. I have been in a sales position for years. Lots of pressure and most people don’t want the job

Foreign-born workers (immigrants, including naturalized citizens, legal residents, and UNDOCUMENTED) now make up 19.5% of Connecticut’s employed* workforce in 2024 (and rising)… This means those workers account for likely** well over 90%, tracks nationally — In other words, our native Nutmeg employment has been essentially DOWN since early 2020. Why aren’t there jobs for you/your children? Residents get stuck paying for every “public benefit” you can imagine via onerous taxes and fees, while @CTDems are artificially driving any net growth. We have no “net job growth” People have LEFT bc CT is unaffordable. Our future is being obfuscated, jobs replaced (via cheap visa labor), entire sectors simply undercut. All because leftist government facilitated open borders (Sanctuary state) in an effort to expand the welfare state, grow gov’t — It’s not an economy for everyone. And it’s CT native families, who’s been working their whole lives, stuck in between… watching our home go from the constitution state into an international economic zone.
Leading Report@LeadingReport

Foreign-born workers accounted for roughly 90% of net U.S. job gains since the pre-COVID peak (February 2020), per BLS data.

I would love it if anyone knows of any advocacy groups or legal routes we can take. The worst part is that the surgery will be paid for out of pocket since we have a high deductible plan

Property taxes pay for the things people expect to work every day: schools, police, firefighters, roads, snow plows, parks, libraries, water systems, sewers, and emergency services. If you don’t want to pay property taxes, which of those are you willing to give up?

Mark Cuban reveals an employee stole $82,000 out of the $84,000 his company had left at the time “We had $84,000 in the bank and we did our accounts payable and we just gave it to a girl who did part time work for us and said take it to the post office, no big deal right” “I get a call from the bank, sir we have this young lady that just went through and she cashed these checks, I’m like what” “She whited out the payee and wrote her name over top of them and I’m like you didn’t let her cash it, well of course we did we’re a bank son what do you think we do” “82 of the $84,000 that we had gone robbed us, Renee Hardy”

🚨 Trump's motorcade just rolled through New London, Connecticut.. Air Force One landed at Groton-New London Airport before 11 a.m.. motorcade was moving by 11:13.. Class of 2026 in dress whites.. 21-gun salute.. the whole thing.. and here's what nobody wants to say out loud.. this is his first Connecticut appearance since reelection.. and he didn't come back for a fundraiser.. he didn't come back for a rally.. he came back for cadets.. Trump spoke at the Coast Guard Academy in 2017 too.. first term.. first major military commencement.. same institution.. same pattern.. the rooms he shows up to personally are the rooms he thinks matter most.. these cadets become officers.. officers become commanders.. commanders carry the doctrine they were handed at graduation for the next 30 years.. he's not building a news cycle today.. he's building a chain of command. I'll keep you updated. Turn on notifications. 🚨

An American breaks down what it costs to live in Southern California. $5,082 mortgage. $400 electric. $750 insurance. Vehicle payments everywhere. Bills stacked on bills. Nearly $10,000 a month just to exist. And this is what “middle class” looks like now.

American teachers share how much money each of them has in their bank account 2 days before payday - 1st teacher was hoping to at least have $40, she only has $7.46 - 2nd teacher has $17 - 3rd teacher has $31 - 4th teacher has $63 - 5th teacher has $1.13 - The last teacher thought she has $500 but only has $126 These are American teachers working every day to educate our kids and most barely have $20 bucks in their bank account Meanwhile everyone from Somalia or Africa can move here and stealing tens of millions of dollars and drive hundred thousand dollar sports cars The system is so broken

Why would you let a competitor use the same software you do? That is at the crux of SaaS - it’s hard to differentiate yourself if your tools are the exact same as your competitors. We are flipping this on its head. AI allows every company to build and use custom software - software that helps you amplify your edge and increases the distance between you and your competitors. Ping us if you want our help: sales@8090.ai
8090@8090_Factory

Your competitor runs the same software you do. Building custom used to cost more than the SaaS. We just flipped that math.

SSRIs are dangerous and their efficacy is questionable Exercise, diet, sleep, meditation and socialization/community are well established solutions for depression or the blues. Mock @joerogan, @TomCruise or me for pointing this out, but this is the established truth Go research it. Be very careful with these drugs, as joe points out, they are known to make people suicidal and their efficacy is unknown. And they are brutally hard to get off of
