@TellTheColonel I ordered via the app this evening and paid for my order. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they didn’t have any chicken, fries, coleslaw or tenders. I asked for a refund and they said they “can’t do that because it was an online order.” Help please.

@TellTheColonel Hi! I put in a pickup order, set a pickup time, showed up on time ...food was made way too soon. Fries were cold and limp, chicken wasn't hot anymore,drink was watered down. Please help? 🙏

@TellTheColonel had the worst experience at store J625176 in Pittsburgh on Ohio River Blvd. The gave me the wrong order, lobby was closed and had wait again in drive thru. Then when they didn't give me everything I paid for I was told not to get smart.

@TellTheColonel The location on 1195 E Oakton St, Des Plaines, IL is extremely rude and has the absolute worst customer service. They forgot to include a 5 pc chicken tender. They start arguing with her basically saying she's a liar and continued to speak negatively in Spanish.

@TellTheColonel your Middletown ohio north verity pkwy store is awful. Served me hard chicken, half full fry container, the wing looked like a rock. Refused a refund or to swap it. I paid 23 dollars for a Mountain Dew. I’ll make it my life’s work to let the country know

@TellTheColonel Got 5 piece tender box meal I got for my mom and I for dinner yesterday. Looks nothing like advertised on their website. Two sides were coleslaw an d fries. Didn't get fries. Had to go back. Chicken was overcooked. Terrible job and terrible service. Won't go back.

@TellTheColonel absolutely insane experience. Ordered online and it took 30 minutes to do a pickup that said it was ready and they said they didn’t have anything to make several of the items. Manager refused refund.
