@Walmart before my 2nd appt I get a call saying the tires aren’t in and I have to reschedule a second time. I ask why, he say because the truck wasn’t full and they won’t come without a full truck. So I said “they don’t care about their customer then?” BRAD said “pretty much”WOW

@Walmart finally the manager takes my manager while they work on it. She says they will waive the installation when the tires come in. I try to confirm this the next day with your mgr BRAD, who was on lunch again for about 5 hours this time before I finally get in touch with him

@Walmart then tries to put WRONG tires on my car. I had to tell him they weren’t the right ones. After an hour of me standing there, I CALL THE STORE MYSELF and finally get a manager to help. Brad, the guy in charge was at lunch for 2 hours according to your staff.

@SeatGeek Yeah but don’t get your tickets through them. If you get fraudulent tickets they will have to waiting outside the stadium until the game is over. They won’t give a refund or different tickets. And their agents are useless and intentionally rude and unhelpful. Shit company!!!

@SeatGeekHelp Order number is my64pnq. Your agents are useless, they don’t even let you speak. They talk over you the entire conversation and when you finally can get a question in, they don’t answer it. You owe me 364.80. The tickets were marked fraudulent by MLB and I couldn’t use them.
