This isn’t a new idea.​ It’s a practical, ready solution. A 10.5m land strip within the MSRDC land parcel at Napean Sea Rd can be restored as a public utility road to enable: • A 2-lane (10.5m) exit only rd from Coastal Rd​ • Directly connecting Napean Sea Rd & Malabar Hill
