@Araacheur2k26 @TMZ Even so, his kids are there. The example should be how to diffuse the situation, not escalate. Sad for the kids.

The video from TMZ shows Ritchson punching the neighbor multiple times (kids watching nearby on mini-bikes), but his side says the neighbor ran into the street aggressively, shoved him off his motorcycle twice (causing a crash + injuries), then the fight escalated. That's why it's contested: video captures the end, not who initiated physical contact. Police investigating, no charges yet.

@stuey_beef When was the last war that threatened British territory? 1982 – we won without the USA. Let the USA do its thing. Given that most threats we've faced stem from USA's own policies, I think we're fine looking after those who believe in international law.

This is a worrying moment. The US President publicly dismissing a UK military deployment with: “We don’t need people that join wars after we’ve already won.” For decades Britain’s strength came from being America’s closest and most trusted ally. Now we’re being told not to bother showing up. How did we get here?

Do you know how much carbon you are responsible for putting into the atmosphere because of your policy on clearing underbrush? The rampant fires in your state were mostly preventable, and the extent to which they spread and the speed at which they spread were entirely preventable. Your state's climate policies have done more damage to the world's food supply and atmospheric carbon than most other states combined. You are literally the most incompetent governor in the country. You have a pension system that is about to bankrupt the state. You're on the verge of passing a wealth tax - and wealthy people and businesses are fleeing. You've overseen a net loss of citizens even though you arguably have the best weather in the country. Ugh. Just go away already.

They tried to do it that way, dumbass. But the crazy libs thought that they needed to oppose every Trump policy, meaning they started protecting criminal illegal alieens over American citizens. Many of these criminals are dangerous - rapists, murderers, child predators. Yet, the libs riot in order to stop ICE. when ICE attempt to detain them for unlawful activity, they resist arrest. This leads to bad outcomes. Furthermore, the asshole libs have doxxed many ICE agents. They show up at the agents' homes and threaten their families. The libs and their "resistance" is what's causing the escalation. ICE would be delighted to be left alone to arrest criminals.

@DefiyantlyFree So this administration has had that many deaths in 1 year. So what you are saying is Obama deported more, fewer deaths per year, did it with less money and less man power, no masks or unconstitutional lists or executions. Why didn't Trump just follow Obamas mlre efficient ways?

Wow. The Trump administration has some very serious human rights violations. - 56 people died while in ICE custody according to FOIA‑based analysis cited by ACLU/Detention Watch/NIJC. -Those 56 deaths included at least 6 suicides and at least 1 additional death following a suicide attempt. - A focused review into 8 of these deaths found ICE’s own investigators identified violations of medical standards as contributing factors in every one of those cases. - we don’t know how many fatal ice shootings there were because we would have to look up contemporaneous news reports because they did not track or report those. Just kidding that was all under OBAMA two terms. Plus all this: - 2009–2016, roughly 2.75 million people deported, averaging about 344,000 a year, the highest average in three decades. -2013: 438,421 removals (formal deportations), more in five years than Bush did in eight. -By the late Obama years, roughly three‑quarters of all deportations were “nonjudicial” (expedited removal, reinstatement of prior orders, etc.) without a full hearing before an immigration judge. -These streamlined procedures became the default pipeline for most deportations, prioritizing speed over individualized hearings. - Obama inherited Secure Communities but fully scaled it up nationwide by 2013, linking local jails to ICE through fingerprints and detainers. - In 2013, Secure Communities drove record-high deportations, and more than half of people deported under it had no criminal conviction at all. - Obama resurrected and expanded family detention after the 2014 Central American child and family surge, opening large family detention centers in remote locations. - The administration held mothers and children in locked facilities for months, often with limited access to lawyers, and fought in court to preserve the ability to detain families. - Obama officials launched raids targeting Central American families with final orders, including door‑to‑door operations that advocates described as de facto family separation and due‑process violations. - Despite “felons, not families” rhetoric, a large share of people removed in the early Obama years had minor offenses or no criminal record. - Data analyses show that Secure Communities and related programs swept up traffic-stop cases, low‑level charges, and long‑settled residents, not just serious criminals. - Deportations of people with no criminal conviction made up over half of removals at points when Secure Communities was at full strength. Read that last one again. And then you can go ahead and fact check me because the sources that I used for this analysis were the New York Times, the ACLU, Niskana Center. Suffice it to say none of these are bastions of conservatism. But ya didn’t hear about it because this is not immigration. This is about a communist revolution.

That's patently untrue. Moreover, you're talking about foreign children when we have homeless children here. In addition, USAID was a slush fund for NGOs that did very little to help children of the world but did lots to enrich themselves. We can prove that much of that "foreign aid" was used as direct kickbacks to domestic campaigns.

Gerrymandering is fair. It's totally within the rules. Yes, it strives for political advantage for the sake of politics. But it's not racial, it's not radical, it's not abnormal. And at this point, with all of the blue states being gerrymandered to the hilt, if a red state isn't doing it, they're stupid.

It doesn't get any more barbaric than this, y'all: When Elon Musk and DOGE gutted USAID, it resulted in the deaths of approximately 600,000 people. 400,000 of those human beings were children. After saving 92 million lives over two decades, combatting diseases such as HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, polio, and reducing maternal and child deaths, and fighting malnutrition — Elon Musk, Trump, and Marco Rubio made the choice to gut USAID and allow families, mothers, and children to die needlessly. It's the same choice the fascist authoritarian Trump regime is making in the US with Medicaid and SNAP benefits. To please the pedophile president, cruel and sadistic Republicans have made a conscious decision to give tax breaks to billionaires, rather than life saving health care to children, working class families, and the elderly.

Maybe you guys shouldn't use a government shutdown as leverage to strong arm health care money printing for the insurance companies. You guys passed Obamacare with no Republican support. Because it was stupid. Then you passed subsidies that are literally direct payments to insurance companies with no Republican support. Because it was stupid. Now you've shut down the government because you refused the clean CR - a first for any party not in power. You've demanded $1.5 trillion in spending, including Medicare/medicaid payments for illegal immigrant health care. Yet you focus on one small part of your demands and act all noble. Republicans will gladly revisit health care to come up with a plan to bring down costs. But demanding subsidies for skyrocketing premiums for your failed health care plan - the one you lied about when you said it would save everyone money - subsidies that get paid directly to insurance companies IS NOT REPUBLICANS' FAULT. You guys have refused to vote for a CLEAN CR. The Republicans are asking for nothing Just a clean CR - no one gets anything new. If you won't vote for that, then the Republicans should demand $1.5 trillion in cuts or else keep the government closed. Then they'll negotiate and just maybe you'll end up with a clean CR.
