A few years ago, we had more people on the streets in Clackamas County, and the problem was getting worse.
We changed the approach, focused on treatment and getting people into recovery.
Today, homelessness is down 65%.
That’s what changing direction looks like.

This guys has been in congress for 35 years and he still hasn’t gotten anything done. Like @SenTedCruz , @RandPaul and many others he is part of the problem. This isn’t a Democrat vs, Republican. It’s people that say they care about the people but when they are in Capitol Hill they do the exact opposite.

I will also happily sit with you and tell you my story of how my family and I risked our lives 7 days in a 12 foot boat just to reach freedom because our living conditions were so horrendous that we preferred to die than stay meanwhile the government continues to enrich themselves with the European tourist economy that they don’t allow to trickle down to the people.
