A mark of wisdom is being quick to change your opinions but slow to change your principles. It takes openness to update your views. It takes integrity to uphold your values. A key to growth is raising your understanding without lowering your standards.

@AskWorkspace @GoogleWorkspace This kind of treatment is unacceptable for any business user counting on product reliability in order to run their business. @GoogleWorkspace @GoogleCloud This needs fixing, not more silence.

@AskWorkspace @GoogleWorkspace I was assigned an Escalation Manager, submitted all requested business impact info, and followed every step. That was more than 33 hours ago. Since then? Nothing. No response. No resolution. No accountability.

@GoogleWorkspace support has failed to resolve a domain alias issue for 2 weeks. Agents misled, stalled, and refused escalation. Business email still unusable. Case #59354156. I’ve documented everything. Time to go public.

If your business depends on email, beware. I’ve lost time, trust, and client confidence over a fix Google could have resolved in 5 minutes, if anyone had bothered to escalate. I’m still waiting.

Generosity rarely starts with an offer of help. It often begins with a question about what others need. Even those close to us face invisible hardships. The best way to give is to ask about their challenges. We don't always have a solution, but we can always make them feel seen. #GivingTuesday
