Three stocks I’ve used personally that thrive on accessibility: $HOOD $SOFI $HIMS Social media has wired our brains to expect accessibility to everything as quick as possible. This is why accessibility is so important in the future. $HOOD allowed me to buy my first stock in minutes. $SOFI allowed me to consolidate student loans in minutes. $HIMS allowed to me to speak to a doctor and sign up for a prescription in minutes. Nobody wants to wait. They want the benefits of a product IMMEDIATELY.

I got let go from my first two jobs out of university. I was making $37,500, living at home, and trying to survive my CPA. I hated going to work. So I made a bet on myself and joined an investment bank. The hours were brutal. The pressure was intense. I had no idea if I'd make it. Then in 2019, I received my first bonus: $40,000. More than I had earned in an entire year a fewyears earlier. I'll never forget that feeling. Not because of the money. Because for the first time, I felt like all the sacrifice had been worth it.

@jacobiinvest patience, software is not the most popular sector right now. Gives you more time to add at these prices anyway

The amount of people that are impatient with $SOFI is insane. Nowadays, everyone wants winners IMMEDIATELY and has no patience. Also, the stock was hovering around $6-$8 in 2024. If you were buying then you’ve made over a 100% gain. But since it has had a rough past year it’s a “shitty” company and stock. See everyone in 5-10 years when you wish you got in at these prices.

Somewhere down the road you realize that playing the long game turns into playing the easy game. Take the “long term or nothing” approach and watch how much easier the game of life becomes

No food is as misunderstood as eggs. We've been told to avoid them, then eat them, then avoid them again, for fifty years. Most of that advice was wrong, and it's cost people one of the best foods out there for muscle building.

Okay. The first changes I’m making to the routine: 1) lifting 4 days instead of 5 2) less hot tub, more sauna 3) less massage and acupuncture —> save time and $ 4) 45 min of golf practice per day at a local golf academy with a driving range/short game area. Onward.
Breadman@BTCBreadMan

How can I further improve this routine? Avg 15,000 steps/day Lift 5 days a week Stretching routine 7 days a week Deep tissue massage (90 min) 2x/week Acupuncture (60 min) 1x/week 1hr Kayaking 1-2x/week Hot tub 5 days a week I’m open to ideas, but please don’t say cold plunge.

@AFitTrader Same here, I’ve tried that routine and always felt like it was way too many days between hitting the muscle group. Now I roll with Push, Pull, Legs, Rest, Upper, Lower, Rest and just repeat every 7 days. I hit every muscle group twice

Gym thought As a natural lifter, I'd rather train each muscle 2-3 times a week than destroy it once and wait 7 days. Thoughts?

@BowTiedPhys Taking care of your own body should everyone’s #1 priority. I think everyone arrives to that conclusion at some point in life. However, sometimes it’s too late

The hardest thing to grasp here is that health isn’t even a top-5 priority for most outside this app. It’s not an information deficit. They simply do not care. No externally sourced protocol will heal the apathetic state. And you will never convince anyone of anything - they must arrive at their own conclusions. Until then, spiritual corrosion begets metabolic unpresentability.

NO, you CANNOT walk 10,000 steps daily, get 8 hours of sleep, cook every night, clean every day, take care of a family, make time for your own hobbies, and still be productive at work every day. This is not just propaganda, it is rubbısh. Free yourself from it.
