Without LDN and antihistamines, I would still be bedridden 23.5 hours a day. It is not a cure, but my quality of life is better. I’ve now helped hundreds of patients to access it and talk to their doctor about dosing it properly. (All, but two, have found it very helpful.) 1/

Last night, a friend invited me over for dinner. We dipped our feet in her pool, ate, and hung out until about 9. I can’t believe how normal everything felt. It’s like I’m waking up from a coma after 4 years. *the @visible_health wearable has been tremendously helpful

@btctrader146 These 2 for sure, which is reflected in my holding size. Have about 9% of my net worth in #ENQ and 7% of NW in #PZC, and hold for many years valuation permitted. No other stock is over 4% of my NW. I have more in #PSH than either of these but that is basically a fund. Please DYOR

If anyone know how to get this antiviral please reply to Marie below ⬇️ Dr Taylor was going to prescribe it but can’t now.
Marie-Yianna Kalekas@MYKOsborne

@Naomi_D_Harvey @SpeakOutNow16 Thanks for clarifying. It's valgancyclovir. NHS guidelines say 2 weeks is standard testament for the immunosuppressed, which Dr T's tests also show! NHS GP says my results are above his paygrade & he's sorry he can't do more than moral support. His onward referral was rejected.

Starting low dose abilify helped me move from a more severe state to a more moderate state. Of course I remain very limited but I can take more walks during the day. I definitely saw some mild improvement but enough to be noticeable. Apparently low dose abilify calms overactive microglia, you know, the brain's immune cells, and lowers inflammatory signals like certain cytokines. Warning: Even at very low doses like 1mg, Abilify can cause akathisia. So please if you do try it, be very careful. Cogentin helps calm down the akathisia in case you get it Edit: Not everyone benefits from LDA and some can get worse so please be very careful

@DuaneStorey Duane I’m a me/cfs sufferer in Spain. Where do you get your gene and viral testing done at the start? Thank you :)

It's actually interesting comparing the two Plasmidsaurus samples, even though are only five days apart. This could just be a random elevation/depression as it's only five days, but I have been on elevated antivirals including paxlovid during this period of time. In terms of my overall signature panel, a huge chunk have made a meaningful move towards baseline. They are still heavily dysregulated, but the direction looks promising. Expression outliers gained - 2,327 Expression outliers lost - 3,319 Overall almost 1000 genes went back into a normal range on the second test. One data point, could be just noise, but I'll add another in a week and see if the trend holds. I'm on day 68 I think of my experiment. Ignore the column headings in the image, one of my YAML files is out of whack. The first column is day 61, and the second column is day 66 I think.

Woo hoo, Plasmidsaurus data is back. I managed to increase the RNA I provided them by 10x, from about 2.2ng/ul to 21.3ng/ul, enough that it's considered 'high' for their workflow. I think now I have my PBMC extraction dialed in. Once again, about 48 hours give or take to get my results back. Now to take a deep dive.

Was a bit miffed watching the Nasdaq overtake my YTD ISA performance after being 20+ pp ahead at one point, but what an aquisition by #ENQ announced today. Been a brutal hold watching the ad-infinitem fake deal headlines... a delibarate strategy by the US administration I am sure

Woah this is a question without ending Need much more context and stuff I would refer you to my newsletter about thiamine, neuroinflammation and plasmalogens (should be 3 newsletters to read) which I think can move the needle pretty much Work on micronutrients, circadian rhythm and all the lifestyle stuff all of us on twitter talk about while doing so

@Elijahkrings @PGC1a_RB Hi both - I follow both of your posts and would love some help. I have long Covid - now supposedly me/cfs. My main symptom is physical fatigue - struggling to leave the house and I get viral symptoms when I over exert (sore throat, earache etc.) any advice would be appreciated!

Zopiclone saved my life and took me from extremely severe to moderate (and able to work on @wecrunchme, @visible_health etc.) It works on GABA_A receptors in the brain, increasing GABAergic inhibition relative to glutamatergic excitation ⚖️ So I think I am also in this subgroup! #MECFS
Martin@pausedME

#MECFS study by Maccalini: IMO, this ME/CFS gene-set signal fits my treatment response: synaptic/postsynaptic/glutamatergic biology maps to pregabalin, lamotrigine, memantine, lorazepam & guanfacine. Coherent with a glutamatergic hyperexcitability/sickness-gating phenotype.

Course Update Austrian Alpine Open 🇦🇹 -Scenery is unbelievable!! 😮‍💨 -Course is on the shorter side -Lots of wedges -Rough is quite thick so if you miss fairways you won’t be able to get close to some pins -Also short game from the thick rough is difficult -Greens are Poa so will get a bit bouncy in the afternoons - altitude will be a factor -> judging distances and picking the correct yardages will be key especially since it won’t fly as long in the morning but then once it really warms up it goes 5%+ further. If you find lots of fairways you can shoot a really low score but if you are slightly offline it’s easy to make some bogeys I love the vibe here so looking forward to a great week 🇦🇹🙏🏻

Course Preview Soudal Open 🇧🇪 Course is in good shape and as always requires precise teeth shots (lots of irons and woods) and then many mid irons into greens! It rained during the prep days but weather forecast looks really nice and warm for the tournament days I am expecting it to get firmer and firmer throughout the tournament. Key to success: Keep it on fairways Good mid irons Get hot from 7-21 feet 🪣 I have played well here in the past and I am looking forward to hopefully build some great momentum for the next few weeks🙏🏻 step by step 👊🏻 Thanks for all the support 💪🏻

Rory from the right rough on 2. Perfectly judged, but you can see the bounce these greens have in them. Probably no more than a gap wedge releasing 30-35 feet
