@Xrpboy7 @TheCryptoDaddi Testing destroys the vial. Need a good batch process. Random test of multiple vials within a batch with essentially same results. But saying, "don't trust vendor tests, but trust MY vendor tests" needs a proper explanation.

@cap_a @TheCryptoDaddi Plus every vial isnt tested. Maybe a couple out of a batch. How do you know the vial you’re getting is even good?

The reason peptides direct from China are so cheap is bc you have to trust them that they’re giving legitimate COAs. USA vendors are pricier for two reasons. First most reputable vendors are doing multiple tests for Purity, Endotoxins & Sterility. They can also be expensive because some US peptide vendors synthesize them here in the states. There are COUNTLESS falsified COA from direct Chinese vendors & a good bit of scammy activity occurring. An account I’ve been following has done a really great job of uncovering this. Shout out to @Krysia830073 for her unbias work in this department. Highly suggest giving her a follow. I will continue “paying more” for my peptides to get thoroughly tested peptides. Call me crazy, but if I’m going to be injecting research chemicals, I am going to at least know that the purity is high and the toxins are limited.

@PeptideSupplyCo @TheCryptoDaddi But you are still trusting the honesty of the vendor. They could know their KLOW is 5mg light on the GHK and send vials from a different batch they know has a slight overfill.

@cap_a @TheCryptoDaddi Depending on the testing company, you can go directly to their website and search the code on the COA to prove its legitimacy.

@MurrayHillGuy1 My guess is some nausea and maybe GI probs, sulfur burps. Have some aloe juice on hand. Maybe sleep sitting up. I know in some of Lilly's trials they had a group of people start at 4mg. Prob won't be fun for a few days. Prob won't do any permanent harm.

This queue is mostly made up of private vehicles. The die-hard car brains who believe it is still a sensible idea to drive in the city should be required to pay per mile. This congestion significantly impacts essential services, trades, & buses. Bottom line, it's selfish.

I find it really weird that neoliberal types are like "this will be a disaster" Bro, its an experiment. What if it works? You should be thinking about the consequences of the results on your ideology not shouting it down. Sure it might fail, but what if it works?
Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani@NYCMayor

At our city-owned grocery stores, staples like eggs and bread will actually be affordable. And we're going to do it the right way, without cutting workers' pay or dignity. Because in the wealthiest city in this country, buying groceries shouldn't be an unsolvable equation. It should be simple, fair, and within reach for everyone.

@harbs16 @joeyyochheim Monthly reports? Few people are monitored closely for much of anything. Telehealth gets you approved in minutes over the phone and an online questionnaire. Then as long as payment clears... Or some just go grey and sidestep doctors altogether.

@joeyyochheim People that use GLP-1s have to check in with doctors and get approved for the medication. They get monthly reports and are completely educated on how it works. Overweight people know way more than others how a calorie deficit works. You've obviously never worked with them.

Hard pill to swallow: The GLP-1 industry is a multi-billion dollar business built almost entirely on people who don't want to accept that weight loss requires a calorie deficit.

@joeyyochheim The vast majority of those who lose a serious amount of weight gain it back - no matter the method for losing it. Those who wear glasses revert back to not seeing as well pretty much instantly as soon as they take their glasses off.

Don’t misunderstand me. I’m not saying they don’t work or don’t have utility, but the majority of people using GLP-1’s are of the belief that the GLP-1’s magically burn fat from their body, when in reality what they do is help suppress hunger, therefore contributing to a calorie deficit, which is the actual cause of their transformation. If you want to use them, fine, but I think you should know what is actually happening - so that when you decide to / or are forced to stop taking them, you aren’t in the blind if the weight starts creeping back on… it’s your deficit turning back into a surplus when your hunger cues are no longer stunted and you revert back to overconsumption.

@trevoracorn No, it won't lower the overall tax bill for houses/businesses. Govt doesn't shrink. It will be a new revenue source to be expand govt.

If we raised the property tax bill on the blue lot to match the others on a $/SF basis, the overall tax bill for the houses/businesses would go down. People who want to see lower property taxes should be all over this!

@stackapp Should make it to category 1. Nobody will pay to get it approved by itself. Some drug company will use it as a component in a designer drug they can patent. Then use the $ to either kill it off or destroy the reputation and scare people away.

@rorynotsorry Scale up, buy 250 kits instead of 100 kits as a batch. Reduces the marginal cost of testing. But yeah, capital and risk. Step up the price of multiples. 5 for 4x1, 10 for 7x1. The 10 for 5x1 is too good. EZpep is at 10 for 8.64x1 on a dual agonist 30.

Help me run a business… I have huge demand for my 10-packs however if I sold everything as 10-pack the profit is a lot less than as single vials (they subsidize the 10-packs). Also I would be out of stock more often. My friend says I should just raise the price of the 10-packs.

Public transit would cost a fortune in most American places because ... 🥁 🥁 🥁 ... land use regulations sprawled us out across creation. Zoning is a major villain in our country's transportation saga.

@MaggieLJohnson I'd lean more into the $30-$75 range. Normal event parking for T-mo is $30. Same with Crown. Walk half a mile and businesses are sometimes cheaper. The good ol' days of $2 P&L parking are long gone. Question is will Plaza go paid parking?

I promise you, Royals fans, it’s going to be fine. It will be different but you’ll navigate and adjust! Businesses around the ballpark will charge $10-$50 to park and you’ll make your decision accordingly. Or you’ll park a little further away and will jump on the street car (like STL does with the metro). You WILL figure it out and you’ll LOVE your new stadium. 💙
Vince@VdotL

Before royals move to crown center I would suggest some go to other ballparks and see how to get around.
