Woman mocks people who are against using EBT at fast food spots, flaunting her meal from Popeyes in Atlanta. According to Google, individuals can use EBT at select Popeyes locations, but only if they live in a state with an active Restaurant Meals Program and qualify, usually elderly, disabled, or homeless, which is not the case here. So either Google has its information wrong, or Popeyes is not following the rules of the program.
