Gstack by @garrytan has made me 10x faster and honestly better in Claude Code. We are massively underestimating how good this is for YC. He turned a config file into a brand strategy. And now it’s becoming the default way for all companies to set up their terminal.

genuinely can't believe Conductor still hasn't added 1. Codex plan mode 2. Codex fast mode this is the reason I don't use it anymore Codex has always been a second-class citizen is there something better, with the same features, but more minimal?

Update: back to terminals Codex app kept locking up Claude code app was mediocre I loved the experience of the Codex app but performance on long sessions needs to improve The form factor is right, needs more time Maybe I’ll give Codex Monitor from @Dimillian a shot

past few days i've tried every agent orchestration app all i want is 1) sidebar for managing worktrees 2) terminal (for claude code) 3) diff view & file editor 4) cron jobs it's 2026 maybe i'll just build it myself
