@preston_holland Yes, trade that torture device for a hot tub and infrared sauna! 🤣 I tried it for a while and the misery just wasn’t sustainable. After the uncontrollable hyperventilation, it does make you feel energized though.

Second cold plunge today post running. Whoop says my heart rate lowers pretty quick. Currently around 52 degrees and it’s not awful. Can regulate breathing, did 5 minutes today. Cold plunge gurus any tips??

If you own a jet and want to charter it out, your magic number is 300. Your flown hours + charter hours ≈ 300 Why? 300 hours/yr is really the max two pilots can comfortably fly. Go past that and you need to hire a 3rd pilot — an additional $200K–$400K fixed cost. This means more charter just to offset the 3rd pilot… which pushes you into accelerated maintenance and depreciation. It also means your jet isn’t always available when you want to fly. We have clients flying 50-1,000 hours a year on a single airframe. Finding the right sweet spot is @pj_quant’s speciality

@sydor_greg Yes. Those are good ballpark targets. I’ve always said to prospective owners, there’s 200hrs the easy way and 100hrs the hard way. Stage length matters.

@flybuildrepeat All about the legs. 2-3 hours, not ideal. 4-6, doable.

@n718jm @sydor_greg Correct. Pilots only take 2 crew 135 jobs because they are young and building hours or unemployed and need a port in the storm. Either way, they will leave in your stated time frame. The ones that don’t leave are probably the ones you don’t want to keep in the first place.

@shockermandan Micro-dosed 2mg a week of GLP-3 (started at .05mg), 1mg - 3x per week with the BPC157/TB500 blend and is currently running a 2 month cycle of MOTS-c. The magic seems to be in the GLP-3, even at low doses. He added these in one at a time, 6 weeks apart.
