It feels like maybe there was a positive shift from casual fans when Louisville went back to Omaha last season. There seems to be a lot of feelings one way, now, that shows there is in fact plenty of interest in baseball. To go from #8 preseason to losing to the worst team in the ACC endangers losing those folks and starts to point others toward apathy. Apathy around baseball is not where you want to be.
