How to make your Deadlifts 300% more effective:
- Locate a Smith Machine
- Wheel a 45° Extension base over to the Smith Machine
- Play around with the placement so you know it’s lined up correctly
- Perform 2-3 sets of 5-10ish reps taken to failure or close

@DeanTTraining any tips to set this up in a smith machine?

@Therussian_12 @BowTiedYukon Disagree. It should challenge you, not debilitate you. But go ahead, you do you

@johnnycrypto_2 @BowTiedYukon If you’re not having heart palpitations on leg day you’re not doing it right.

@bowtiedmeathead Truth. Also cutting now, but will be blasting come fall 😁😁

Spoke to a guy on the phone yesterday who was interested in learning more about TRT…
He said, “I want to get jacked but not look like a bodybuilder.”
I’ve heard that before from plenty of other guys.
I can assure you 150mgs of testosterone a week won’t do that…
You’ll need years upon years of consistent and very intense training, a very strict diet and lots of gear to obtain the look of your stereotypical bb’er.
Natural is much harder, of course
Either way, we know TRT can certainly help on the performance and body comp side BUT the dose is too low to see drastic improvements…
And unless the guy wasn’t do anything at all prior and then does a complete 180 with lifestyle changes (which I have seen happen), you won’t see that classic classic before an after wow factor.
In other words, TRT is not a magic wand for a physique improvement.
While testosterone is associated with bodybuilding and getting jacked…people need to realize TRT is a medical treatment to treat primary and secondary hypogonadism.
It’s not given for performance gains or body composition improvements, but rather it’s given to bring your body back to how it’s supposed to function and to relieve symptoms of Low-T
The bottom line here is cruising ain’t blasting and blasting ain’t cruising!
The really are two opposite ends of the same spectrum.

@FattyNoNatty I’d say there’s a direct correlation with the AAS you’ve been taken. Looking insane brother

Once you do your Hammer Curls like this once…. You will NEVER GO BACK It’d simply the BEST WAY to perform them
English

@drmarlonperalta It’s not ideal, but you will still get good progress. I sleep 5-6 hours a night for years. Still making substantial gains.

@chris_zane438 So this machine is extremely underrated.
1. Glut focused- Put a yoga block under the back leg and it torches glutes plus hamstrings
2. Hamstring Focused- Put yoga blocks on the front only and it torches hams more.
The angle biases different groups.
Also, oblique crunches.

These are probably an S TIER Triceps exercise if we’re being honest
The cable setup is well worth the small hassle too
Why?
The resistance profile is VERY SMOOTH and tends to be MUCH more forgiving on the elbows than the EZ Bar/Barbell version
WORTH A TRY

2 Quick Points. Biceps are not Everything. Triceps are 2/3 of the Arms so we have to train & build them. Skull Crushers are an EXCELLENT TRICEPS BUILDER.

@nolimit_luke_ A few honorable mentions:
1. In da club - 50 cent
2. Turn the lights off remix
3. Highest in the room

@troopah_matt Love seated chest press. It slaps harder than dumbbells. The resistance profile is awesome

I took too long to get convinced

What a Way for the BICEPS to get Meteoric GROWTH.

2026 is going to be the year everyone finds out the Lat Pull-Down Machine is also…. ….a BICEP CURL STATION Quite literally one of the MOST EFFECTIVE exercises for targeting the Biceps and it’s almost no setup Gonna keep telling y’all: Upper Arm Support is AMAZING for Biceps

@johnnycrypto_2 Your free is 254? If so, assuming it’s pmol/L which converts to 7–8 ng/dL

People get way too hung up on total testosterone.
What actually matters is free testosterone…the portion your body can actually use.
From my experience of working in a clinic for a handful of years now..
Most guys feel best when their free T lands somewhere around 20–45.
If it takes a total testosterone of 1,800 or even 2,200 to get a guy’s free T into the 25–30 range, that’s fine.
Remember, the goal isn’t chasing a total number on a lab sheet.
The goal is getting free testosterone into a range where the guy actually feels good again.
