Philadelphia airport sucks, sitting on runway for 2.5 hours waiting to be deiced, not one, apology, explanation, is it PHL or American Airlines, and the seats suck too, no cushion, no leg room, the airline industry blows

I ordered from @Macys weeks ago. Label created on 12/3. It’s now 12/13 and UPS hasn’t even gotten the package. And customer service did NOTHING.

PayPal charged my primary (bank account) and my back up (credit card) for the same transaction. Tried telling me the bank charge was reversed (it was not). Then a supervisor escalated it. 24 hours no action. @AskPayPal when will you give me my money back?

Again, I want everyone to know that @StubHub favors sellers not buyers. They’re allowing a seller until 3pm the day of to deliver my tickets. The concert is in Canada. I’m in America. They expect me to go to another country on the *hopes* the seller sends the tickets.

How do I report safety and health violations for one of your franchisees @ChoiceHotels ? On top of it, I was overcharged. I have photographs of the violations.
