@2Steady4U @Bloxy_News There are many of these "verified" accounts misusing the badge but Roblox doesn't seem to care. CS needs to stop giving out Verified Badges like candy based on your Roblox follower count. So much for being a "notable and authentic" badge.

Someone joined me ingame on a blue verified tick account, said they work for @Bloxy_News & wanted to do an interview for my game - im just chilling in tesla self driving simulator so im like why not i guess. add them on discord, they tell me about how they're a nursing student and whatnot, and ask about my history on roblox - Discord account is 2 years old, but only 1 month of Nitro, I figure it's all weird but whatever, whats the risk. Then they send me a link to a "Bloxy News" server, community status, 5,000 members, and tell me to make a ticket mentioning them. Anyway, get to the server and it's RoVer, looks normal. Click the link and I'm taken to "rover-verify. info" (link separated, don't go to this). I haven't used RoVer in ages so whatever. Click the verify button & it's not Roblox verification, it's 'roblox. com. py', and not Roblox OAuth, just a direct login screen. At that point all the alarms started ringing, obviously didn't enter anything into it and left the site. I confronted them. Then it was just damage control, trying to convince me it's not a scam so I don't go reporting their accounts. I believe this Roblox account is unfortunately compromised roblox.com/users/48274693… Be careful out there, anything can happen, unfortunately.

@NacoRBLX @EvanZir The reply with a completely unintuitive UI is correct. I unintentionally did such, and even went through uploading those about a month ago, just to submit the same exact information (including ID/registration form). However, none of this information was ever (clearly) approved.

Just logged into my Tipalti and on the 2nd page of my details, this came up. This is never info I have had to give before. I did not request a change in details. I have never seen this page before. There is no way I am giving this info to them at this time. But evidently it is going to stop me getting paid. Incredibly concerning.

Roblox Devs & Video Stars Data has been Hacked Allegedly, a ransomware group has 260+ GB of data from Roblox's payment processor for Devs using the DevEx system, and Video Star Creators cashing from their Star Code. We don't know what data they have, but not good.

Also to be clear that email was sent to Tipalti's clients, suppliers (e.g. Roblox devs) wouldn't be getting that email. I suspect we will either have more details or none at all, later today per ALPHV's blog post.

@RaenLua @MaximumADHD You don't work at Roblox, so I don't know what "We at Roblox" is supposed to mean. But aside from Internal Mode (which is actually still accessible in other methods), none of these are "advantages", any developer can use and benefit from early API dumps or flags.

@MaximumADHD We at Roblox believe by closing off our tools, that power developers no longer have advantages over others to help create a fair development experience.
