It's important to remember at this point in the story we're still dealing with fake SOLDIER persona Cloud.
Tifa isn't kissing the "real" Cloud but some phony with brain damage.
Celebrating said kiss is just admitting you know nothing about the characters or the story.

CT's propping up "the kiss" as a win for their ship when in reality it nukes it. It shows that a) Tifa doesn't know Cloud well enough to realize he is not himself & b) she doesn't bother to get to know the real him because she prefers the fantasy version.

@jjcoop36 Exactly there’s a lot of players that drop once they get to 30. If you have a 20 year old that you think is gonna be elite then you might as well get the bulk of his prime. People keep saying Evan White but that’s a lazy take considering Emerson is a better overall prospect

It’s not that CB Bucknor is a bad ump. It’s that he’s been a bad ump AND a dick about it for years. If he was just bad, I can understand feeling some sympathy for him. But he’s been such a pompous ass about his ineptitude that he’s really now just reaping what he’s sowed.

@ryan_staiger Absolutely not on Randy. He strikes out too much, doesn’t hustle, struggles with the fastball, isn’t clutch, and is a me-first player who nearly derailed the season (and probably caused Cal to be in the funk he’s in) before it even started because he such a drama queen.

@SeahawksForever How is this hard to understand? If he hits like Julio then you don’t have to worry about paying him potentially three hundred million more dollars and you get him for almost a decade. If it doesn’t work out then that sucks but the gamble is still worth the risk
