The folks at @airtelindia are such crooks. They have disabled direct customer care contact via their IVR calls for Wi-Fi so you just sit there praying to God that your Wi-Fi gets fixed and they don’t even refund you for the days lost. Because to request a refund you need to speak to customer care!

While the government obsesses over flashy projects, our streets drown. Hyderabad traffic becomes 5x worse just with a little rain. Drainage systems need significant improvement in planning.
