@github The 4 P's: Pen, Paper, and Prodigious Procrastination. Jokes aside, every morning I ask Alexa to set alarms for my meetings, so I don't miss the Outlook reminders. It's a 10/10 trick for ADHD brains.

@github Weeding the garden, walking the dog, having a bath. It's when all my best ideas come to me. Sometimes it saves hours of typing away at my laptop. The problem is resolved in my head before any coding happens.

@github ADHD tip: for boring tasks that don't really require intellectual work I set a 20m timer on my watch and then try to do as much as possible within given time. It's like having a competition with yourself -- sometimes only gamification helps 🤷‍♀️

@github TODO Tree extension! Helps me pick up where I left off, navigating around my code via clickable code comments. The key for me is to set its filter to Current File. And it’s easy to add your own custom comment tags. Simple but so effective.
