@slaughterF3 @F3Nation Wow, seems the majority of the responses are to go the full time, then COT. @F3Toledo tries to have workout and COT done within scheduled time (45 or 60 mins). @F3BobVance, @F3_Jimmy_Dean, @CCIE51423 are we doing this wrong??

Question for the leaders of @F3Nation. I’ve been in many a different region the last few weeks. Some workouts end at the prescribed time (:45/1:00) then hold COT. Some end early so that COT ends at prescribed time. What do you do?
