A paper in @NatureGenet reports on a single-cell RNA sequencing analysis of over 800,000 human adult breast cells, which identifies 41 cell subtypes and highlights age- and parity-dependent effects. go.nature.com/49r4ir1

First full draft of the human breast cell atlas from our lab presented by @AustinR96307019 at @UnivCamPharm away day. scRNAseq of ~1M breast cells from 54 women. A treasure trove of data including new insights into cellular changes in Brca1 and Brca2 carriers.
