@JetstarAirways are pathetic! I have been waiting over 4mths for my refund. Each time I write something on twitter, I get a meaningless response about someone will contact you from @JetstarAirways and they NEVER do! Pathetic!

Hey @JetstarAirways been waiting for wks in relation 2 my refund that you have kept since Sept 23.Each time I message @JetstarAirways I get message straight away saying that my case manager will contact me,but @JetstarAirways that never happens.Can someone contact me pls.

Am still waiting to hear from @JetstarAirways The last I heard was over 2 weeks ago and someone on Twitter @JetstarAirways said that I would hear back from my case manager. And now,…..nothing!

I have written to @JetstarAirways more than 39 times.I always get a response saying, “we are sorry & someone will contact you”. @JetstarAirways NEVER do! @JetstarAirways owes us money on their PayID & are stalling in returning it. 3mths now! I have now contacted the Ombudsman.

@JetstarAirways have stolen our money through their PayID. We have been waiting almost 4mths for @JetstarAirways to give us our refund. Just poor excuses and bad customer service from @JetstarAirways

Do not use PayID with @JetstarAirways They took our money in September and we have been fighting them for 4mths, and we have the proof that the Jetstar third party merchant HAS taken our money, and Jetstar still deny it.

Has anyone used PAYID @JetstarAirways We gave Jetstar $1,584 over 2 mths ago and it failed. @JetstarAirways won’t refund our money. Very frustrating and we get many different stories coming from @JetstarAirways

My daughter paid #jetstar via PayID and it took her money, but Jetstar said it didn’t go through. Our Bank says it is a Jetstar issue and for 2 months now we have been lied to and misled by#Jetstar and still we have not got our refunded money back. Any suggestions?

So, Etihad Customer Service still HAVE NOT replied, but it seems when you mention something on Twitter about @EtihadHelp @etihad THEY immediately reply. I would be great if the Etihad claims people responded like their Twitter comrades. WE ARE STILL WAITING! @EtihadHelp

My daughter had her bag damaged @etihad and we have been waiting 4 weeks with no response after completing all of their documentation @EtihadHelp Hopefully @EtihadHelp read Twitter.
