@Howlingmutant0 I get it must be scary and sad for you atm but when do we get back to the funny posts?
English

@Howlingmutant0 I really don’t get their outrage about the shoes comment to be honest. Why are they so enamoured with it 🤨

@skullfukc “BuT tHe GeAr Is LiKe 100lbs” I’m 106lbs overweight, hate myself and have to keep pulling my shirt up every 12th step. It’s way harder for me than some athletic chad in their smoking hot costume.

@PropheticAI What is the Y axis? You’re telling me it’s £2k for a 5% chance to control dreams and a 6% chance to have more vivid and continous dreams? Is this percentage of dreams or precentage chance of it having any effect? Is the y axis even percentage? I have no idea what this chart says.

@otherbarrylives @PrasFrancis @adamkovac Surely the solution can’t be a mandated “Whatever jobs exist today can never be automated.” I doubt that’s what you believe. How much of X local economy is driven by low paid uber drivers compared to the money spender being transported which will still occur but more efficiently.
English

@PrasFrancis @adamkovac Its only "cheaper and more convenient" because it deletes people from the equation. What do you think that will do to local economies when an entire job sector is deleted and all the money that would go to drivers is sucked up by some out of state corporation?

More Perfect Union taking a bold pro-road-fatalities stance

NEW: If Waymo gets its way, 2 million workers will be out of work. When Waymo gets a firm hold on a city, wages go down. Some drivers now have to work 12 hours day, 7 days a week just to get by. This isn't inevitable — but Big Tech is spending millions to make you think it is.

@eternallyboard @KnowingBetterYT I’m sure no one has ever heard this “advice” before. I think you’ve just cracked the code!
English

@KnowingBetterYT Adults bond over shared interests, I find. Find some dudes or ladies or thems that share some of your favorite activities!

@hamed4343 did anyone else see they guy throw the rock at the cow and miss, hitting the man in the head
English

@DebatableChild @kiracked @sundarpichai why release it us first even isn't it easier to release globally?
English

2004 was a good year, but your Gmail address doesn't need to be stuck in it.
To say goodbye to v0t3f0rp3dr02004@gmail.com or mrbrightside416@gmail.com (or whatever you were into at the time), go to your Google Account settings and choose any name available. You'll keep your old username and you can sign in with both.
English

@NicholasLMiles @allgarbled The people who miff me the most are the martial arts people. Holy shit they genuinely describe themselves as some sort of buddhist monk with insane dedication because they’ve found a hobby they like.
English

@allgarbled People like their hobbies, and sometimes those hobbies have secondary benefits, and sometimes they pretend those secondary benefits are the reason they have the hobby. Like if stamp collectors pretended they only collect stamps for the health benefits.
English

@kiracked @sundarpichai Are you actually mad about this? It’s a US company, they always release new features in the US first. “Then what is even the point of this” lol
English

@DebatableChild @sundarpichai So the people in US can take up all the good usernames? Then what is even point of this?
English

@SearchDataEng @FakePsyho Also that’s not even prohibited now that I think of it lol
As long as that ability is used as part of a base API request it’s allowed. You’re just not allowed to put it in a harness specifically for arc agi.
English

@SearchDataEng @FakePsyho So can a human but this eval is testing its base abilities.
??? Not even sure what you’re trying to get at. Even if they could that’s not the point of this eval.
What’s your argument “It’s not fair to compare base sight, reasoning and memory of AI vs people”?
English

@SearchDataEng @FakePsyho Memory limits is a constraint of the model arguing otherwise is silly. I’m assuming tool wise it would only have the same tools available as a human which is fair.
English

@FakePsyho it is also not strictly LLM constraint, it is also memory limits, and insufficient tools
English

@KelvinMartinius @Shagaiyo @Sendivogivs @bluberino123 @d4m1n Levels completed is in the Y, you can clearly see not every line completed every level and that some people had a dramatically harder time solving levels…
English

so let me get this straight
> OpenAI renamed their whole division "AGI Deployment"
> Jensen said AGI is "already in the room"
and then ARC-AGI-3 drops and on a scale from 0 to 100% SOTA models score:
GPT-5.4: 0.26%
Gemini Pro: 0.37%
Claude Opus 4.6: 0.25%
Grok: literally 0%
meanwhile 100% of human testers solved every single environment.
first try.
no instructions.
no training.
AGI is "in the room" brother it couldn't find the room
English

@YuriiSolwees @zephyr_z9 If that were true humans wouldn’t be used.

10T parameters is just a bigger haystack to hide the same old hallucinations. A step change in capabilities means nothing if the execution remains probabilistic. High scores in a lab are great but businesses need a deterministic logic substrate to survive in the real world. We don't need more mythos we need certainty.
English

Looks like the 10T parameter models are here
prinz@deredleritt3r
Anthropic has been testing a new model called "Mythos" with certain customers: - a "step change" in AI capabilities, including "dramatically higher scores" in coding, academic reasoning and cybersecurity - "currently far ahead of any other AI model in cyber capabilities” - part of a new "Capybara" series of models, which are larger and more intelligent than Opus - more expensive to run than Opus; not yet ready for general release
