I think this is the right place as you still refuse answer my question on Chief Customer Officer. I don’t know if you or anyone recalls however from 2021 through 2022 I was a very big supporter spending over $2.5 million yet I was mocked and belittled for raising something affecting many of your customers. I believe some of the community and your partners are interested in a straight answer.

I haven’t gone anywhere, simply the volume of material I’ve collected, analysed, and documented over 18 months is immense. As a CEO with 30+ years founding and leading 5 companies (2 acquired by top Global SIs), I’ve never seen more arrogant behavior. If I were CEO, the Chief Customer Officer would have been terminated immediately. Since June 19th, not one of 4 different WW NFTs carries Futurescore. Anyone buying post-June 10th, expecting Futurescore, is mistaken. This serious issue is being ignored and is completely unacceptable. It’s not how you treat customers or the community, and the CCO mocks instead of responding. If Futureverse’s global partners knew, I am certain action would be swift to protect their brand and customers.

Futurescore + quests is designed so we cannot ever know if it works correctly. It’s one of the worst airdrop systems i’ve ever seen and it shows. Almost nothing of the community remains
