Why do they keep pushing mammograms when safer options exist? Mammograms are a multi-billion-dollar industry that does more harm than good. They crush the breast under massive pressure and deliver ionizing radiation 1,000× stronger than a chest X-ray — which can stimulate tumor growth, spread cancer cells, and cause new cancers, heart disease, and lung cancer. False-positive rate is 50-70%. For every 1 life possibly saved out of 2,000 women screened, 50 get unnecessary surgery/chemo/radiation, hundreds more endure extra radiation and biopsies, and 70-80% of “tumors” found aren’t even cancer. Ultrasound and QT thermography use zero radiation, have far fewer false positives, 40× higher resolution than MRI, and detect abnormalities 8–10 years earlier. They’re already standard in countries that ditched harmful 3D mammograms. Yet insurance refuses to cover the better options. Mammograms need to be a thing of the past.

Key Details on Current Mandates (as of 2026)The Department of Defense (DoD) has long administered up to 17 different vaccines as part of its immunization program for force health protection. This includes routine ones given at entry (e.g., basic training) and additional ones based on deployment or job

@Katamac1967 Lyrics caused me more pain not relieving my pain at all. Shock like pain waves in my shoulders and arms. I can’t take Cymbalta anyway as it contains sulfa, so wasn’t forced on me.

Cymbalta is FDA approved (🙄) for Fibromyalgia pain…but… 30–50% of pts only get ~30% pain reduction BUT A placebo isn’t far behind w/ ~20–30% reduction So, it “helps” a minority of pts, does nothing for most pts, & annoys enough pts to quit. Dc’ing can be a nightmare, too.

@pizza_pawty @BluegrassPundit @UziCryptoo Medicare/Medicare+ doesn’t either. 100 day limit on in hospital stays & you pay full hospital stay until it resets. Friend’s husband going thru this w/stage 4 rectal cancer 2yrs. His 401k almost gone. Hasn’t been home at all, multiple surgeries, in hospital cancer treatments, etc

Just got off a call with a childhood friend His wife has cancer, it took 5 months to wipe out 20 years of his life savings and that was with insurance. He said the experience has turned him into a hateful, bitter person. They did everything they were told. They went to college, got degrees, avoided credit card debt, spent wisely, saved a nice chunk of money in savings accounts and retirement accounts and minded their own business. The USA healthcare system took all of their savings and retirement and forced them to refinance their house so that they lost 15 years of equity. Is this a country we are supposed to be proud of? I hate this system and anyone that defends it.

@jaycansea @BluegrassPundit @UziCryptoo And days covered in hospital are limited on Medicare/Medicare+ to 100 (don’t know about ACA), then you pay 100% until resets. My friend’s husband’s going thru this w/cancer, & his 401k almost gone covering two years of in hospital or in rehab stays out of pocket costs.

You’re wrong here. Premiums are separate. People can pay hundreds or thousands monthly before hitting deductibles or OOP maxes and that also only applies to “in-network” affiliates, while people are sometimes forced to use out-of-network due to location, availability, or speciality.

@BluegrassPundit @UziCryptoo Unfortunately, it’s happening to a friend of mine, whose husband has stage 4 cancer & on Medicare. In Hospital stays are only covered for 100 days then you pay completely out pocket till resets. They completely depleted his 401K as their Medicare+ plan adheres to Medicare rules.

I am still trapped on the same SSRI I was prescribed at 7 years old because every attempt to come off has resulted in severe, debilitating withdrawal.... At 23 years old, I decided I wanted to come off antidepressants. Despite having been on them virtually my entire life — throughout my childhood and brain development — my doctor tapered me off in just 6 weeks, following the same outdated and dangerous guidance many doctors still use today. What followed was a severe full-body neurological crisis: nonstop physical, cognitive and psychological suffering unlike anything I knew a human being could endure. When I went back to my doctor and told him I was in withdrawal, I was told antidepressant withdrawal “doesn’t exist,” that symptoms of “discontinuation syndrome” are “mild and only last two weeks,” and that what I was experiencing was proof I needed the drugs After months of torturous suffering and countless emergency room visits, I had no choice but to reinstate the antidepressant. But even after reinstating, the neurological damage from the rapid, doctor-directed taper did not go away. That is why the term “withdrawal” is often deeply misleading. For many people, coming off antidepressants can trigger a devastating neurological injury that persists for years. I still do not feel normal. I am intermittently bedridden, and even as I type this, my brain feels like it is on fire. I genuinely do not remember what happiness, love, or emotional connection are supposed to feel like anymore. So much of my cognition, personality, creativity, and ability to access my mind the way I once could feels altered or gone. Some days the suffering becomes so overwhelming that I genuinely do not know how much longer I can continue living in this condition. Today, at 30 years old, I am still on the same medication I was prescribed as a child. I desperately want to come off, but every attempt has caused severe, debilitating withdrawal that has made it physically impossible. #MentalHealthMonth #NobodyToldMe #medicationinjury #HHS #HealingJourney #overmedicalization #SSRI

@micah_erfan Dems were radicalized more than over a century or more. After Black men received the right to vote in 1870 w/15th Amendment, Dems started terrorizing & hanging Black Republicans along side White Republicans who supported them as a message for Blacks to stop voting Republican.

@KelsOnDaDownLow @Xavier17375631 @micah_erfan It’s segregationist politics to guarantee a Dem seat in House of Reps., which otherwise would go to a Republican, even if the Repub is a POC. If Blacks, only voted for Blacks, TN would have a Black Repub House Rep. in minority-majority district currently held by an old White man

@Xavier17375631 @micah_erfan It’s never been about Black people, just a way to guarantee Democrat state & federal House seats through segregation & by making promises they never keep to these constituents. It’s faux empowerment using identity politics, plus a way to call people who do not agree, racists.

@MWMDTexas13 People don’t realize the impact. They can’t understand what we mean when we say we ‘depend’ on this medication. It would be like taking a socket set from a mechanic or a code editor from a computer programmer and expecting them to keep functioning at the same level. Impossible!
