@AvantiWestCoast if reservations don't download (ie all seats say 'available' and are on green) do the reservations stand or not? thanks

@AvantiWestCoast that's correct. but it would have been helpful if reservations were displayed when boarding! to save loads of people getting turfed out of seats they believed were available. hopefully we will leave soon anyway (35mins delayed now). thanks

@AvantiWestCoast not really practical to do that. 1830 from euston to glasgow (already delayed by 30mins due to no crew). no seat reservations loaded until 20 mins after boarding by which has just led to chaos on an already packed train.
