मैं student हूँ और मैं उत्तर प्रदेश का एक सामान्य नागरिक हूँ। हाल ही में मैंने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म X पर AI-जनरेटेड तस्वीर/वीडियो के माध्यम से देश में संभावित तेल कमी को लेकर एक सवाल उठाया था। मेरा उद्देश्य किसी को भड़काना, अफवाह फैलाना या किसी संस्था की छवि खराब करना नहीं था बल्कि एक प्रतीकात्मक तरीके से जनहित का मुद्दा उठाना था। लेकिन इस पोस्ट के बाद मेरे खिलाफ FIR दर्ज हो गई। कानून का मैं पूरा सम्मान करता हूँ और जांच में सहयोग भी कर रहा हूँ। फिर भी एक सामान्य नागरिक के रूप में मन में कुछ सवाल हैं, जो मैं विनम्रता के साथ सरकार और प्रशासन से पूछना चाहता हूँ। पहले अखबारों में सरकारों पर कार्टून बनते थे। कार्टूनिस्ट नीतियों पर तीखा व्यंग करते थे। टीवी पर “So Sorry” जैसे कार्यक्रम बनते थे, जहाँ एनिमेशन और व्यंग के जरिए व्यवस्था पर सवाल उठाए जाते थे। तब इसे लोकतंत्र का हिस्सा माना जाता था। आज वही काम तकनीक के माध्यम से AI से किया गया और वह FIR तक पहुँच गया। अगर माध्यम बदल गया है, तो क्या सवाल पूछने का अधिकार भी बदल गया है? क्या प्रतीकात्मक तस्वीर/वीडियो के जरिए सवाल उठाना इतना गंभीर हो सकता है कि एक सामान्य नागरिक पर FIR दर्ज हो जाए? क्या जनहित के मुद्दों पर चर्चा करना गलत है? क्या नागरिकों को अब पोस्ट करने से पहले यह सोचना पड़ेगा कि सवाल पूछने पर कानूनी कार्रवाई हो सकती है? मैं किसी टकराव में नहीं पड़ना चाहता। न ही मेरा उद्देश्य किसी संस्था या सरकार को अपमानित करना था। लेकिन इस पूरी घटना के बाद मानसिक दबाव महसूस हो रहा है। पहली बार ऐसी स्थिति का सामना कर रहा हूँ और एक सामान्य नागरिक के रूप में डर और अनिश्चितता स्वाभाविक है। मैं सिर्फ इतना चाहता हूँ कि इस मामले को संवेदनशीलता से देखा जाए। अगर मेरी पोस्ट में कोई तथ्यात्मक कमी थी, तो समझाया जा सकता था, पोस्ट हटाने को कहा जा सकता था, या नोटिस दिया जा सकता था। लेकिन सीधे FIR दर्ज होना एक कड़ा कदम है, जो सवाल उठाने वाले नागरिकों के मन में भय पैदा कर सकता है। मैं उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से विनम्र निवेदन करता हूँ कि इस मामले की निष्पक्ष समीक्षा की जाए और यह स्पष्ट किया जाए कि क्या प्रतीकात्मक व्यंग और जनहित के सवाल भी अब अस्वीकार्य हैं। लोकतंत्र में संवाद और सवाल व्यवस्था को मजबूत करते हैं, कमजोर नहीं। सभी जनप्रतिनिधियों, विपक्ष के नेताओं, मीडिया और जागरूक नागरिकों से अनुरोध है कि इस मामले पर ध्यान दें और उचित मार्गदर्शन/सहायता प्रदान करें। गोपनीयता के कारण FIR में कुछ व्यक्तिगत जानकारी छिपाई गई है... @AkhileshYadav @yadavakhilesh @samajwadiparty @INCIndia @RahulGandhi @priyankagandhi

We are having an old age home at 482 ,Vill: Asola Mehrauli. It is being run for the last 26 years. No donations, gift or any kind of private and govt is accepted. Around 42 persons, above the age 85 years live here. Everything is free from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Free medical and clothing. We booked two LPG cylinders on 3rd March with Bharat Gas Ltd, Shyam ji enterprises consumer no 69263233 in the name of Rakesh jain trustee. Another in the one resident of old age home ( GHARONDA). Till date we have not received it. There was no gas available so we gave them bread and fruits. Agent doing black marketing are asking 3200 rupees. I have asked my manager at old age home to wait till tomorrow or else buy from open market. एक महीने में तीन लेखपाल को घूस देकर काम करवाया हूँ, एक कानूनगो तो 7 महीने से फाइल लटकाया है सिर्फ घूस लेने के लिए।आज CMO आफिस में एक मामले में कर्मचारी को घूस देना है, एक दरोगा जी घूस लेने के लिए 4-5 दिन से इंतजार कर रहे हैं उन्हें भी घूस देना है।अदालतों में तो रोज सरकारी कर्मचारियों को घूस देना पड़ता है। उत्तर प्रदेश में हम अधिवक्ताओं का काम ही घूस पर निर्भर है।शायद कोई भी ऐसा विभाग नहीं है जहाँ बिना घूस दिए काम होता है।अब यही हम लोगो की दिनचर्या बन गया है। रोज रोज के झंझट से अच्छा है कि पैसा दो और काम करवाओ,घूसखोरी जिंदाबाद था है और आगे भी रहेगा।इसे कोई माई का लाल नहीं खत्म कर सकता।
