Our team promptly inspected the location and found the observed surface markings to be limited to the plaster layer, consistent with surface wear and tear.
As an added precaution, we also carried out a detailed structural assessment, which confirmed the pier is fully structurally sound with no concerns whatsoever.
Regular and rigorous inspections are carried out across the entire Maha Mumbai Metro network to uphold the highest safety standards. We also remain fully committed to addressing every concern flagged by citizens.
