One of the best sleep tips I know of A glass of raw milk with honey or maple syrup - just before bed. Sleep is an energy intensive process. If you want the best sleep, fuel it.

Just don’t push it past ~17″, necks bigger than that are associated with a higher risk of sleep apnea. And honestly, you probably don’t even need direct neck work. From my own experience, I built a Mike Tyson–type neck without ever isolating it.
