@flyscoot Dear team, unfortunately there is no resolution provided.. I find no option to change the flight/reschedule in manage my booking page of scoot.. kindly revert asap as @makemytripcare doesn't care to help even though they had issued the flight ticket

with immense pain, I have been forced to bring it to your kind notice to get the justice i deserve
for cyber complaint no CR no :2938/2025,14533/- inr in my savings account was put on temporary hold by hdfc bank in nov 2025 and i have been running post to pillar to get the removal of temporary hold
i had submitted all the evidence of legitimate transaction and other crucial back up documents to the investigating officer for the said hold amount and my account has been marked in layer -4 in the scam
however to my surprise,i have been asked to provide consent to transfer back the amount to the complainant who lost much in a scam!
i have been residing in the north east india due to my job and i have left with no option to get support from Telangana cybercell cybercrimepscyb@gmail.com

Neither i got any response even at once nor any support or update from the investigating officer from his official WhatsApp number..
i still believe in

problem is not just about the money involved but our system which is built to safeguard the innocent and poor people of our great nation!

and for rescheduling flexi fare, again charging 498rs convenience fees for the fare difference?
that too for domestic flight
No end of this convenience fee loot by many of the service providers..

🚨 Update on HDFC Infinia retention criteria
The criteria for continuing the HDFC Infinia Credit Card have been updated.
Going forward, the Infinia relationship will be assessed based on:
• RLV (Relationship Value) — calculated as the combined average monthly balance across Savings, Current, and Fixed Deposit accounts.
• The financial year (1 April to 31 March) will be treated as the 12-month evaluation period.
Cardholders are now being divided into four segments — Red, Magenta, Brown, and Green. Each segment has a defined spend target that must be met within a specified time frame.
Green segment customers are reportedly receiving a thank-you email along with details on the conditions required to continue holding the card long term.
