The theory behind making drivers start every race is twofold: Fans come to the track to see the drivers (same reason the NBA has rules on resting players) and the other is you could strategically take worst races off and then put more $$ to really excel at other tracks.

Interesting discussion about a pit crew draft between @KevinHarvick, @kaitlynvincie, and @MambaSmith34. I am sure that many teams wouldn't necessarily like the idea of pit crew athletes being drafted or traded but I could see plenty of pit crew athletes that would be for it.

@jsquit @Badcolton @AllieJade1 You don't have to trim them. Jetice trims them before delivery. Jetice logos are more expensive than the vinyl decals you get from your local print shop. Also a lot better.
I'm telling you NHL teams have budgets and they reuse their center ice logos.
