@HelmetAddict DYK...?
The Jets wore the new helmet in the Preseason that year with the old Namath-Era uniforms.

@REALDJPREMIER @gangstarr @thereelbigshug I got one lyric pointed at your head for start. I got another lyric pointed at your weak ass heart. Now if I pull the trigger on these fully loaded lines, you gonna wish that I pulled a black nine! - GURU

Rich Cimini reported these 4 WRs as trade targets for the #Jets
Brian Thomas Jr., 2nd-3rd
Quentin Johnston, 3rd-4th
Dontayvion Wicks, 4th-6th
Rashod Bateman, 6th-7th
Thomas is the best option but Johnston is underrated. Wicks is good depth but no on Bateman.
Who do you want?

The #Jets' 7-pick miss streak of offensive R2 picks from 2012-21 needs to be studied:
'12- Stephen Hill
'13- Geno Smith
'14- Jace Amaro
'15- Devin Smith
'16- Christian Hackenberg
'20- Denzel Mims
'21- Elijah Moore
Thankfully, Hall, Tippmann, & Taylor have them on a 3-win streak

@DuffJuice30 I agree and I love the Wu, Mobb, EPMD, Public Enemy etc. But the Lox still putting out good music to this day
English

I love Mobb. I love OutKast. I love the Wu. But the intangibles separate Lox from every other rap group. They’ve stood the test of time. Not to mention, Mobb had internal beef. OutKast basically broke up at one point and then they squashed it, but never was really the sane. Wu? They’ve have inside issues for decades that spilled over in a nasty way.
Lox? They’ve been tighter than Garth Brooks jeans since day one and I guarantee you’ll NEVER see them beef or go their separate ways—the Verzuz w/ Dipset is the perfect example and representation of how and why they’ve been as thick as thieves and able to last 3 lifetimes in the culture. Nobody compares to the Lox.

@bennyblancooooo So there's a better than half chance that he is not 🤯
English

@RobbySabo Yeah I definitely agree just an out of the box thought
English

@kpapi24 Yeah, I hear you, but he's not close to big enough. That's a major problem here. If he were 280+, I'd feel a lot better about him.

I like Bain as a prospect (like him way more than Bailey), but, like Bailey and others, I think his draft positioning is inflated by this less-than-stellar draft class. Bain with the New York Jets is tricky bc of what Glenn is doing with this defense: more of a react-attack, odd-principled front.
✅ Does anybody really envision Bain as a 3-4 OLB? Come on, now. And hey, that's usually fine, since most react-attacks are hybrid these days, but the KILLER for Bain is clocking in at 263, which is way too light to play the 3t consistently in the base.
So, what do we have here? Bain is a guy who I love as a football player, but he will absolutely STRUGGLE mightily *IN SPACE* as an NFL EDGE. Zone reads, RPO, bubbles, anything designed-flat is gonna be damn-near impossible for him, and OCs will target that.
Ok, so bump him down, right? Can you? At 263? In subpackage/pass-only situations, you can, sure. Base? No way. How does that work, especially in a 3-4?
I don't understand how Bain fits the Jets (on top of the reality that he's not a "play-in-space" EDGE, which is crucial in today's NFL, where all 11 defenders must be more versatile than ever before).

@NYJetsTFMedia @RobbySabo @robcarpenter81 - could Baine be a John Randle type?
